Sundays at New Hope

Junior high and high school, every Sunday.

Student Ministries meets at 11 AM in the Bridge, our dedicated student room on the east side of campus. Visitors do not get put on the spot. New students do not have to introduce themselves to the whole room. Walk in, find a seat, and we'll take it from there.

What an 11 AM in the Bridge looks like.

Worship, a sermon, games, and fellowship over bagels. Junior high and high school in the same room. Discussion happens at Monday-night small groups. Sunday is for gathering, hearing the Word, and being fed. Phones tucked away.

Weeknight youth groups

Two more nights in the Bridge.

Year-round, summers included, students gather again on Mondays and Wednesdays for worship, teaching, and small-group time built around their age.

Who's running things

Meet the leaders.

Teddy Miller

Student Ministries & Facilities Pastor

Teddy oversees the whole Student Ministries operation alongside the church campus. Clovis-born and a New Hope member since 2003, he has been walking with students since 2011, the steady hand behind camps, parent communication, and the long game of seeing students grow up.

Ethan Smith

Youth Pastor

Ethan leads Sunday morning and Monday night teaching, organizes the camps and the Mexico mission trip, and shows up at games and concerts on weeknights when a student has one. He is happy to grab coffee with parents who want to know what is going on.

Brittney Luttrell

Junior High Director

Brittney runs the junior high side. Wednesday-night gatherings, the leaders who pour into 6th through 8th graders, and the parent conversations that keep families in the loop.

Photos and short video clips from Sunday gatherings, camps, and the Mexico trip get used in New Hope communications, including social media and our website. If you would rather your kid not be in photos or video, let the students team know on day one, or contact the church office anytime at (559) 297-7362 or office@newhopechurch.net.
