New Hope · Care
Care at New Hope happens in small rooms and quiet conversations. Grief that lasts longer than the casseroles. A friend on the way out of addiction. A meal at the door after surgery. A handwritten card in a season nobody else noticed. None of it big. All of it held.
New Hope care ministries are faith-based and offered by ordained ministry staff and trained lay volunteers. They are not licensed therapy and are not a substitute for professional mental health care. When professional counseling is the right next step, our staff keeps a list of licensed Christian counselors in the community, recommended to us by people in our church family. They work from biblical principles. The list is a starting point for finding the right professional, not a New Hope endorsement. Ask the office for a copy. A 14-week peer-support group for anyone walking through the loss of someone close. Video, conversation, and a guidebook that becomes a roadmap. Led by Sue Kraus.

Recovery
The national Celebrate Recovery program, hosted weekly at New Hope. Hurts, habits, and hang-ups, walked through together in a room where nobody is keeping score. Led by Raelene Robinson.
