Christmas can be the busiest, brightest season on the calendar and still leave us feeling the dark. The Christmas story does not pretend otherwise. It begins in a world waiting in deep shadow, and announces that a light has come that the darkness cannot put out.
In New Hope's 2021 Christmas series, the pastors traced that light from promise to arrival, on where real spiritual darkness begins, the hope that breaks before the dawn, and the Savior a star once led wise men to find. The light still shines, and it still cannot be overcome.
