What would change if you truly believed God is who he says he is? That question opened this nine week study, and it shaped every Sunday that followed. Across the spring of 2023, our pastors walked through the attributes of God one at a time. His goodness when life falls apart. His holiness, his sovereignty over what we cannot control, his wisdom, and his justice when the innocent suffer and the guilty seem to prosper.
From there the series moved to the heart of it all. God is love, not in the abstract but in the messy reality of your life right now. God is faithful, showing up the same way every single time. And on Easter, God is our salvation, a present reality to live in rather than a one time event to wait on. Knowing his character is not just nice theology. It is the foundation for everything.
