Matt & Shelley Actis

HOPE58

Matt & Shelley Actis are full time missionaries living in Uganda who used to attend New Hope. HOPE58 is currently building a Training and Equipping Ministry center in rural Eastern Uganda to better serve the communities. Hope58 equips vulnerable teenage girls who have dropped out of elementary school. These girls are given a second chance at life through New Life Skills centers, where they are loved, discipled, and trained in a skill such as sewing or hairdressing.

Mike Cousineau and the 1040 Initiative is a nonprofit that exists to provide life-changing essentials to impoverished communities in Côte d'Ivoire and Morocco. Their work centers around education, health care, and safe drinking water to those who would otherwise go without.
Since 2010, 1040i supporters have impacted more than 38,000 lives in Africa.

Rebekah Slick &
TIKVA

TIKVA's missionary work in Medellín, led by Rebekah Slick, is focused on providing aid and spiritual support to both Venezuelan migrants and locals. The initiatives undertaken by the organization include healthcare, spiritual guidance, community gatherings in Sala TIKVA, outreach to sex workers, and support for children in need. With the help of volunteers, churches, and potentially the UN, Rebekah aims to expand her mission and demonstrate her unwavering faith and commitment to the community.

Crooked Tree

Crooked Tree Ministries engages in philanthropic activities within the economically challenged regions of Belize, Central America. They distribute food packages to single mothers and elderly individuals, manage a small Christian preschool, and run a computer learning center to assist students who require computer access to advance their education. To be eligible for the food assistance program, families must participate in one of the ministry's Bible study groups or be consistent attendees at one of the local village churches. Additionally, their men's Bible study group, known as Samaritan Builders, dedicates one Saturday each month to offering free home repair services for those in need. Importantly, no portion of the donations is allocated to expenses or salaries in the United States; every dollar contributed is directly used for operational costs in Belize.

Jeff & Cindy Eidsen: Infaith ministries

Jeff and Cindy Eidsen serve in Fresno, California, where approximately one in seven people are either gang members or associates. God has filled them with a passion and desire to see gang members learn the value they each have in Christ. Jeff mentors and disciples men individually and in groups. Together, Jeff and Cindy have a ministry of helping couples in crisis. Jeff and Cindy have begun a new ministry they refer to as “Meals on Heels”. Cindy cooks and provides meals to those in need in their neighborhood and Jeff walks them over and delivers them which gives him an opportunity to pray with them.

The Hubbard-Baro Memorial Golf Tournament honors Jeremiah Baro and Jared Hubbard, friends killed in action in Iraq, through an annual golf event that raises funds for scholarships and the Fresno Veteran's Affairs Hospital. Starting with a small gathering, it has significantly grown over the years, contributing substantial amounts to veterans' support and honoring the memory of all who have served. This year's tournament is set to take place at the Fort Washington Golf and Country Club in Fresno.
